Wagyu Beef is a product of cross-breeding the Japanese Kobe cattle with American Angus cattle. This combination brings the fat from the fabled Kobe and the great taste of Angus together to produce a spectacular burger or steak.

Known for its extensively marbled steaks, Wagyu has a fat content that makes for a great hot dog and a better burger. The steaks have the highest marbling score of any US produced beef and have firmness and texture that exceeds that of USDA Prime meats.
